Ghina Annan

Ghina Annan is a Sustainability specialist with 11 years of experience in the development of high-performance building design. She is currently working at Stantec in identifying and implementing carbon neutrality, futureproofing, resiliency, and passive survivability to project design and operation. Currently, she is a member of ASHRAE’s Task Force for Building Decarbonization – Embodied Carbon contributing to the development of a framework and roadmap for life cycle analysis and embodied carbon. Ghina contributed to the global climate change chapter, part of the ASHRAE Fundamentals Handbook (2021). She is the International Young Energy Professional of the Year 2022, awarded by Association of Energy Engineers.
