Statistics underscore the positive impact of digital transformation on Wasl’s operations. The UAE PASS digital signature feature is available on both Wasl’s website and app, ensuring accessibility across multiple platforms. Deyaar Development has launched RIVAGE – its first residential project on the Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi. The launch is said to mark a milestone in the partnership between Deyaar and Arady Properties. RIVAGE is said to be located minutes away from Zayed International Airport and close to universities, malls, schools, healthcare facilities, parks, beaches, restaurants, hotels, and prayer facilities.

The development offers a blend of luxury living, views, and amenities while integrating sustainability within its architectural design. Construction for RIVAGE is scheduled for completion in Q4 2027, said a statement.

NMDC Group and Vingroup have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to undertake large-scale coastal protection and land reclamation projects in Vietnam. The partnership reinforces both organisations’ commitment to sustainable development, with a focus on high-end real estate and critical coastal infrastructure.

NMDC Group and Vingroup will explore collaboration across a number of areas, in particular, large-scale projects focused on environmental sustainability. These will include projects for coastal land and for urban expansion, sustainable coastal protection for high-end real estate, and industrial land reclamation as well as offshore wind development projects, said a statement.

NABNI Developments has unveiled its latest residential project in Al Furjan, Avenue Residence 7 by NABNI. Following the sales of Avenue Residence 1-6, Avenue Residence 7 is said to be NABNI’s first Emirati-inspired off-plan project in Dubai. Sharjah Sustainable City (SSC) has joined forces with the University of Sharjah’s College of Fine Arts and Design (CFAD) to promote sustainable agriculture amongst students.

As part of this collaboration, SSC recently participated in the Sustainability Day celebrations hosted by CFAD under the theme ‘Beyond the 17 Sustainable Development Goals’. During the event, experts from the city conducted a special workshop titled ‘Plant Your Pot’, where 300 students, faculty and staff learned about creative sustainable agriculture practices. SSC is the first sustainable master-planned residential community developed by Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) in partnership with Diamond Developers, said a statement.

Carl Atallah, Director of Marketing & Communications at Sharjah Sustainable City said, “We are delighted to partner once again with the University of Sharjah’s College of Fine Arts and Design and share our knowledge with students. The workshop exemplified how collaborations can promote sustainability and generate interest among the younger generation while harnessing their creative potential. Sharjah Sustainable City regularly organises workshops for its residents on a wide range of topics. The city has also formed collaborations with key entities to promote sustainable practices while cultivating an exceptional and sustainable community that embraces the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and inspires a low-carbon future, the statement noted.

The workshop concluded with the distribution of sustainably made gifts among the students, reinforcing the importance of eco-friendly practices. Dubai South, the single-urban master development focusing on aviation, logistics and real estate, and INDU Kishore Logistics, broke ground on a new facility that will be built at Dubai South’s Logistics District. This development marks a milestone in the company’s expansion plan, supporting to evolve into a multi-industry logistics leader.

The facility, spanning approximately 23,000sqm and will feature a storage capacity of 75,000 pallets, is scheduled for completion by Q3 2025.
